I've been a meditator and had a yoga practice of one kind or another over many years. I've had periods when I've not sat or taken advantage of the benefits of yoga and meditation and every time I come back to my practice I wonder why I stepped away because each time I come back my practice is deeper and richer and I remember how much it helps me.
One of my favorite forms of yoga is a practice called Restorative Yoga which involves slow passive movements that I've find very helpful in managing stress and fatigue.
One of my favorite books in this area is Relax and Renew: Restful Yoga for Stressful Times - By Judith Hanson Lasater, Ph.D., P.T.
I have it on my Kindle and love it.
